October weight



Hi there. Last night after im doing some workout at the gym, i've decided that i want to check my weight. You know since my body now look good and stuff (LOL), i thought that i achieved ideal weight. As i approaching to the machine, you know after workout and how sweat i am, people look at me like some kind of bodybuilder. I was proud back then. I tell you, what i feel last night like if i say hello, just hello to a girl. that girl will fall in love with me straight away. (LOL)

Then i step onto the machine and key in few details then this germ printed. Well fuck me, 74.5kg. Damn it. I really thought that my weight was ideal. I was so bummed.

Till right now i feel kind of shit. As a guy that really into fashion like me (LOL), i cant process information like this. I'm running everyday, hell i even work my ass of every fucking night.

Some things you can control some may not but right now i have new vision. Need to stay clean diet and workout every weekdays except wednesday. And for the weekend, i'm gonna start cardio more than 45 minutes. Starting next week.

I will share my next weight with you folks next month. Cheers.
